First off, I wanna tell everyone HAPPY FREE COMIC BOOK DAY! I was invited out to DNA Comics in Humble Texas as a guest for their festivities today and I was surprised by the helpfulness of their staff and the smootness of the operation! I had a great time meeting the folks out there and I am glad I could draw up some awesome artwork for them all!
Though I did have a great time, I had to reserve my purchasing and free comics and free Thor heroclix piece for R and R Comics on Woodforest, my one and only home store… the store responsible providing the comic books that inspired me to be who I am today!

Pall bearing and memories…
So, I was a pall bearer for my great uncle Leo’s funeral the other day. I have only done this twice before, and I was a kid back then. This was for both my grandma and grandpa foremans funerals…
I had never grasped the idea behind being a pall bearer until my mother pointed out the fact that I was essentially escorting someone their final resting place… I was entrusted with that duty. I felt honored to know I was considered for it. So yeah, it’s surreal for me…. I’ve never been more honored.
